Followup video on the Maha Powerex Wizardone battery charger.
I explain some of how to use it, as well as some of the bad parts about it.
even with the faults its still a very good charger and certainly worth the $50 it costs.
Especially after doing the backlight mods I’ll be uploading soon
This is not a full review of the chargers, just some information on charging times.
I conducted this test with brand new unused POWEREX Precharged 2600mah AA batteries. Out of the pack battery were at 1.7 volts.
MAHA – (Normal charge rate) charged the battery in about 45 minutes.
EBL – At the 45 minute mark had only charged to 1.29 volts
MAHA – (Soft charge) charged battery 1.5 hours to 1.34 volts
EBL – Charged battery to 1.35 volts in 4.5 hours
MAHA charger about $40 to $50
EBL charger about $20
