Magic Tags Wireless Charge Receiver (UMIDIGI F1)(Razer Wireless Charger Test)

*This is a requested video for a Friend of the channel:) to see if we can get the Razer Wireless Charger to charge a phone in an up/down position. But This cable works perfectly for any other wireless charger I have tested…

Magic Tags Wireless Receiver-Short Ver.

Hi Friends:
This is to test and see if we can get a standard cell phone that is not a Razer 2 Phone to wirelessly charge in the Up/Down Position.

The Razer Phone 2 coils are located at the bottom part of the phone (Lower end) While Galaxy phones are located in the middle.

We are trying to see if this Short USB-C cable while being a bit on the lower side will make it possible to charge with the Razer Wireless Charger in the Up/Down position. As you can see it still does NOT charge in that position, In any other position it works but NOT in the Up/Down position.

I will continue to look for a better cable or fix for that Specific Razer Wireless Charger. But for every other Charger it works perfectly. I tested both on the Umidigi F1 and Galaxy s8 plus and it worked perfect on the Samsung Wireless Chargers (2017/2018). This is a specific video for a friend. Thx…

* Again this cable Does work with an Offical Samsung Wireless charger in both positions. So I’m sure it will work with many others… This video is specifically to see if the Razer Wireless charger could work. This is an awesome product and I recomend it. thx…

Video From a Computer to a TV

Setting up a TV to view what is on the computer is fairly simple or easy to do as long as the necessary cables are available. Currently there are a few ways to hook up a TV to a computer with S-video, HDMI, or DVI. S-video is the older of these and is round it does not carry audio so a cable will have to be bought to go from the sound card to the TV.

DVI is next and can carry high definition signal to the TV. It as with S-video, does not carry sound though and will need a additional cable to carry the audio to the TV. HDMI is the best as of right now because it carries not only high definition but it also caries sound, which is great for a quick and clean setup. Of course all of this will depend on which kind of TV you have. Most TV's currently come with S-Video, HDMI and DVI connections. S-Video is slowly being phased out and will soon disappear.

The best thing to do is know what type of TV connections and computer connections you have so that you can buy the necessary cables. Then once you find out which cables you need s-Video, HDMI, or DVI then you can go to your local electronics store and buy what you need. Although I find it much cheaper if not easier to buy the items online. S-Video, HDMI and DVI cables are often expensive at a local store buying online can save you some money. Of course use your favorite search engine or trusted online store to buy what you will need.

Ford Ranger EV Charging with AVCON connection (plus thermal video)

I charge the Ford Ranger EV for the first time. This 1998 OEM factory-built electric truck used an AVCON charging connection. It’s similar to what we use now, the J1772 “J-Plug”, only it’s boxier and rectangular. Fortunately, some EV charging equipment was included with the truck! As best I can tell, the AVCON charging system was just an earlier version of our current J1772, so it should be no problem to build a simple adapter for charging at public charging stations!

The truck charges at up to 6,000 watts.
I also got out my thermal camera and filmed the heat signature of the charger while it was running.

While the company, Avcon, is no longer in business, it was originally in Franklin, Wisconsin – about 35 miles from where I live!

I used a FLIR brand phone attachment thermal camera in this video:
